Welcome to the Williamson County Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by Professional Assistance of Central Texas (P.A.C.T.). The Williamson County EAP is a service program designed to strengthen the mental health and productivity of county employees, supervisors and departments. The EAP is staffed by professionals trained in the areas of psychology, social work, chemical dependency, marriage and family therapy, organizational development and management consultation. Since its creation in 1997, P.A.C.T. has been providing invaluable services to Williamson County employees, their families, supervisors, human resource personnel and county departments.
